You will likely be anxious and nervous on the day, but rest assured when Richard Freeman (also known as the famous Mr. Technicality) or one of his highly trained Road Traffic Expert lawyers goes to court, it is with a well thought out and formidable game plan to get you the desired result based upon your circumstances. We will discuss with you beforehand, what you need to do. On the day of the trial we typically meet at the court but sometimes meet our Aberdeen office.

Having the 'right' lawyer is often critical to successfully defending a case. Our massive success rate is not just based upon knowledge and the legal legwork performed leading up to the case (finding technicalities, special reasons, weaknesses in the evidence etc.) but also on the fact that our strategy can vary depending on the Procurator Fiscal and the presiding Judge.

We have won a multitude of cases where our in depth understanding of their court procedure and a strong appreciation of the individual personalities of the Judge has led to cases being thrown out. Most judges demand that the prosecution and defence are extremely well prepared (we always are!) and do not look favourably if they are not. Hence if we find a chink in the prosecution's argument that shows a busy Procurator Fiscal does not have all his bases covered, we exploit that to the maximum on behalf of our client.

Procurator Fiscals work hard and are very busy collating facts from their sources (police statements, photos, witnesses etc.) and rely on all the evidence being legally obtained and detailed correctly. We actually have ex-Procurator Fiscals working for our law firm, so have the real inside track' on many of the potential weaknesses of the crown's procedures.

You will find numerous examples of how we win cases utilizing this 'inside track knowledge' and expertize in our Recent Cases page.
