The Stirling Sheriff Court or the Stirling Justice of the Peace Court is located in one building. the original courthouse was openedin in 1875 and in 2009 the Justice of the Peace Court was also established there. Both are used for the trials of Road Traffic Offences. We are frequently asked to defend cases here and win. Check out our Recent Cases page. On the day of the trial we typically meet at the court but sometimes meet at our Stirling office.

Travel by Car: Unfortunately the court has no public car park, however there is parking near the train station and at the Thistle Centre. There is also free on-street parking in Cowane Street and Pay and Display parking on Queeens street.

Travel by Bus: Stirling bus station is only a few minutes walk from the courts. You can view routes using Traveline 0870 6082608.

Travel by Rail: Stirling train station is also only a few minutes walk, located off burghmuir Road. You can find train times at the National Rail website or Scotrail website.
